Meet Our Leadership Team
Erin Straughan, MSN, CRNA Owner
Erin brings over 15 years of experience as a pediatric Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at MUSC to her role as the owner of Tidewater. Graduating from the University of Cincinnati, with an MSN, Erin is dedicated to providing patient-focused care that emphasizes a holistic wellness approach. She has made the Lowcountry her forever home, where she enjoys any and all activities on the water, coaching middle school volleyball and serving as a “taxi service” for her four amazing kids and their busy schedules. She feels privileged to combine her healthcare expertise and love for the community to serve patients with innovative, compassionate care.
Cheryl Lynch,
Pharmacy Manager
Born and raised in the Lowcountry, Cheryl attended Wofford College and MUSC, College of Pharmacy where she received her Bachelor of Science degree. She has spent the last thirty years working as a pharmacist in long-term care, hospital, and retail settings. Cheryl is certified in Immunization Delivery and Medication Therapy Management. She joined the Tidewater team in 2017 and now serves as the Pharmacist in Charge. Cheryl is dedicated to fostering a positive and collaborative environment within the pharmacy team, always striving to enhance patient outcomes and promote health and wellness in the community. She truly feels a calling to serve people through her work at Tidewater. When not at work, Cheryl lives in Awendaw and enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, John, and their family.
